RG8 Group is proud to embrace Total Quality Management principles governed by BS EN ISO 9001:2000, which was awarded to the Company in August 2006. This system ensures that each Operational Document is indexed and maintained to eradicate the risk of non-conformance in uncontrolled documentation.
All policies and procedures have been structured to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000. Each member of staff is aware of the Company’s commitment to quality and is required to observe our quality requirements at all times.
